Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Wallet Loyalty (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

The Service is offered to businesses and the people authorised to act on their behalf. You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind your business. Consumer end users (your customers receiving stamps) are not parties to these Terms.

You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your sign-in email secure, and for the accuracy of business information you provide. Magic-link authentication means anyone with access to your inbox can sign in — secure your inbox.

4. Subscriptions, fees, and taxes

Pricing is shown in-app and on our marketing site. The Service has a free tier, a 30-day feature preview, and paid subscriptions. On iOS, subscriptions bought in the app are processed by Apple through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's App Store subscription terms. On web and other supported checkout surfaces, payments are processed by Stripe; by activating a paid subscription through Stripe you also accept Stripe's terms. Taxes may be added where applicable based on your billing country.

5. Renewal and cancellation

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Apple subscriptions can be managed and cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings. Stripe subscriptions can be managed from the in-app billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate cancellations.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund window from the first paid charge if the Service does not meet your needs. Email [email protected] with your account email to request a refund.

7. Your customers' data

You are the controller of personal data you collect about your customers using the Service. We act as a processor for that data — see the Privacy Policy and our DPA (available on request). You are responsible for collecting valid consent and providing your customers with their own privacy notice.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance and update the Service from time to time.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Wallet Loyalty. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the duration of your subscription. You retain ownership of content you upload (logos, card designs, customer lists) and grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently purged.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that wallet pass delivery, push notifications, or third-party services (Apple, Google, Stripe) will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of the seller's place of business, except where mandatory consumer or business protection law grants you a different forum.
