You can permanently delete your Wallet Loyalty merchant account and associated data at any time. This page documents the process for app store review and for users who don't currently have the app installed.
From inside the app (recommended)
Open the Wallet Loyalty app and sign in.
Tap the More tab.
Scroll to Danger zone.
Type DELETE in the confirmation box and tap Delete my account.
By email (if you can't sign in)
Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 7 working days.
What gets deleted
Your merchant profile, locations, team members, and audit log.
All loyalty cards, stamps, redemptions, and customer records you collected through the Service.
Wallet passes you issued — these are revoked at the wallet provider and stop receiving updates.
Any active Stripe subscription — automatically cancelled.
What is retained, and for how long
30-day grace period — your account is soft-deleted and can be reactivated by contacting support during this window. After 30 days, all personal data is permanently purged.
Billing and tax records — invoices and the minimum data we are legally required to keep (typically 7 years for tax purposes in the EU). These are retained in archived form and not used for any other purpose.
Effect on your customers
End customers who hold loyalty passes you issued will see their passes stop receiving updates and eventually be revoked. Inform your customers before deleting if you want to give them notice or migrate them elsewhere.
