I can't sign in — the magic link didn't arrive

Check your spam folder. If still missing, request a new link; previous links are single-use and short-lived. Make sure you typed the same email you signed up with.

My customer's wallet pass isn't updating

Apple Wallet pass updates are delivered via APNs and can take a few minutes. The customer's device must have notifications for the pass enabled. Google Wallet updates appear immediately when the device next syncs.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the app, go to Billing → Manage plan, and use the Stripe billing portal to cancel. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid period.

How do I delete my account?

See /delete-account.

I'm a customer of a shop, not a shop owner

Wallet Loyalty is a tool used by shops to issue loyalty cards. If you have a question about a specific loyalty program, contact the shop directly. For privacy questions about your own data, email [email protected] and we will route you to the right merchant or handle the request directly.
