Does my customer need to install an app?
No. Apple Wallet is pre-installed on 1B+ iPhones. Google Wallet is available on 2B+ Android devices. One tap and the card is in — usually under 3 seconds.

Why don't I need my customer's email?
The card itself is the identity. You can run the whole loyalty program without ever asking for an email, phone number, or name — great for privacy, great for GDPR, and one less reason for a customer to say no at the counter.

What happens if it doesn't work for me?
