How to Change the Language and Appearance of the Merchant App
The Wallet Loyalty merchant app supports 12 interface languages and three theme modes. Your customer-facing pass language is independent and follows the customer's phone locale.
Changing the interface language
Open More -> Language. Pick from English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, or Arabic (right-to-left).
Changing the theme
Open More -> Appearance. Choose Light, Dark, or System (matches your phone's setting).
Right-to-left for Arabic
When you pick Arabic the entire interface mirrors automatically. The customer-facing pass also flips for Arabic-locale customers regardless of your interface setting.
Frequently asked questions
Does changing my language change what customers see?
No. The customer-facing pass language follows each customer's own device locale.
Can I add a language not in the list?
Not directly. Contact us if you need a specific language and we'll add it to the roadmap.
