How to Set Up Multiple Locations for One Loyalty Program
A single Wallet Loyalty shop can run one loyalty program across many locations. Customers earn stamps anywhere; you see per-location performance separately.
Adding a location
- Open More -> Locations.
- Tap "Add location".
- Enter the location's display name, address, and opening hours.
- Optionally upload a different logo or override branding (rarely needed).
How locations affect the customer experience
- Customers see only one card regardless of how many of your stores they visit.
- The pass shows the home location's address (the store where they first joined or were last stamped).
- Stamps from any location count toward the same reward.
Assigning staff to specific locations
Open More -> Team. Each staff member can be limited to specific locations. Managers can be given access to all locations or a subset.
Free plan limits per location
The free plan covers up to 10 active customers per location. The 11th customer requires upgrading to a paid plan. See the pricing guide for details.
Volume pricing
The first paid location is full price; additional locations get a volume discount that grows with location count, capping at the enterprise tier (21 locations or 5,000 customers).
