How to View Invoices and Manage Billing
Billing in Wallet Loyalty is powered by Stripe. Invoices are generated automatically each month and stored under your account.
Where to find your invoices
Open Billing -> Invoices. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF that includes your shop's name, VAT number (if entered), and the line items for the period.
Adding your VAT number
Open Billing -> Tax details. Enter your VAT registration number and country. Invoices for subsequent periods will include it. (We don't backdate invoices, so add the number before your first paid month if you can.)
Updating payment method
Billing -> Payment method. Add a card or update the existing one through Stripe's secure form. We never see card numbers.
Changing plan or cancelling
Plan changes take effect at the start of the next period. Cancellations move the shop to the free plan at period-end without refund. Annual plans, if any, are non-refundable mid-period.

Where do invoices get sent?
To the owner email. Add a billing-only contact under Billing -> Tax details if accounting needs them too.
Can I get a refund?
We don't pro-rate cancellations within a billing period. For genuine billing errors, contact support and we'll fix it.
