How to Delete Your Account or Export Your Data
You can delete your shop and export all your data at any time. Both actions live under More -> Danger zone for owners.
Exporting all your data
Tap "Export data". You'll get a ZIP containing customers (CSV), stamps history (CSV), broadcasts (JSON), and uploaded assets (logos, etc.).
Deleting your shop
Tap "Delete shop" and type your shop name to confirm. Within 30 days we permanently remove customer records, stamp history, and all uploaded files. Wallet passes for your customers are revoked immediately, so they will see the pass disappear from their wallet.
What we retain
For tax and audit reasons we retain anonymised invoice data (no customer-identifying information) for the legally required retention period in your country (typically 5-10 years for VAT records).
Frequently asked questions
Can I undo deletion?
During the 30-day grace period, contact support and we'll restore. After that, deletion is permanent.
Will my customers be notified?
Yes. Pass revocation is visible to them; if you want to send a goodbye message, do so before clicking delete.
