How to Manage Your Loyalty Customer List
Every customer who claims a pass is added to your shop's customer list. From there you can search, view stamp history, add manual stamps, and export the list.
Finding a customer
Open the Customers tab. Search by name, email, or phone. Tap a customer to see their profile.
The customer profile
- Stamp history with timestamps and which staff member added each stamp.
- Reward redemptions.
- Sign-up details and marketing consent status.
- Notes — staff can add free-form text (e.g. "regular oat milk").
Adding manual stamps
If a customer forgot their phone, tap their profile and use "Add stamp manually". The stamp is logged with your name and a timestamp.
Exporting the list
Owners can export the customer list as a CSV from More -> Profile -> Export data. The export respects GDPR: customers who opted out of marketing are clearly marked, and you must not import them into third-party email tools.
Frequently asked questions
Can I delete a customer?
Yes — open their profile and tap Delete. This removes them from your list and revokes their pass.
Can a customer delete themselves?
Yes. Customers can mute pushes from the wallet pass itself, and they can request full data deletion under GDPR by asking you or by using the signed /u/:customerId route if it has been shared with them.
