Preview (14 days)

Every new shop gets a 14-day preview window where all paid features are unlocked at no cost — including your own logo and colours on every card, and no 10-customer limit: sign up as many customers as you like during the trial. The countdown starts when your first customer claims a card, not when you sign up, so the full two weeks are spent with real customers. When the preview ends, every customer and every stamp is kept — new sign-ups pause until you subscribe.

Paid plans

The base paid plan is €19 per location per month (price varies by market — see your local currency in the billing page). Volume discount kicks in from your second location onward and grows up to the enterprise ceiling (5,000 customers or 21 locations).

Overage

Once you exceed your plan's customer cap, every additional 500 customers add €5/month to the bill. Overages are billed monthly in arrears.

Currencies

Wallet Loyalty supports multiple currencies via Stripe's currency_options on a single price object. Your default currency is set at sign-up; international customers are auto-billed in their local currency where supported.

Where to upgrade

Open Billing from the main nav (or the merchant home screen banner). Choose a plan, enter payment details once, and you're upgraded instantly. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
