Wallet Loyalty Pricing and Plans Explained
Wallet Loyalty uses a freemium model: every shop starts on a free plan covering up to 100 active customers per location. Paid plans unlock unlimited customers, broadcasts at higher caps, and multi-location features.
Free plan
- 100 active customers per location.
- Unlimited stamps and rewards.
- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet support.
- Limited broadcast cap per month.
- No credit card required.
Preview (30 days)
Every new shop gets a 30-day preview window where all paid features are unlocked at no cost. Use it to evaluate broadcasts, multi-location, and team roles before committing.
Paid plans
The base paid plan is €19 per location per month (price varies by market — see your local currency in the billing page). Volume discount kicks in from your second location onward and grows up to the enterprise ceiling (5,000 customers or 21 locations).
Overage
Once you exceed your plan's customer cap, every additional 500 customers add €5/month to the bill. Overages are billed monthly in arrears.
Currencies
Wallet Loyalty supports multiple currencies via Stripe's currency_options on a single price object. Your default currency is set at sign-up; international customers are auto-billed in their local currency where supported.
Where to upgrade
Open Billing from the main nav (or the merchant home screen banner). Choose a plan, enter payment details once, and you're upgraded instantly. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Frequently asked questions
What happens when I hit the free plan cap?
You're prompted to upgrade. Existing customers keep their passes and stamp history, but new sign-ups are blocked until you upgrade or remove inactive customers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from Billing. Your shop drops back to the free plan at the end of the period.
Are there setup fees?
No. Sign-up is free, the preview is free, and you only pay if you choose a paid plan.
