Wallet Loyalty Pricing and Plans Explained
Every new shop starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product. You design your card first; payment details are taken when you launch it, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. The plan is €19 per location per month, with 500 customers per location included and €5 for each extra 500.
Free trial (14 days)
- Everything unlocked: your logo and colours, push messages, automations, team logins.
- Payment details are needed to launch your card. Nothing is charged during the trial.
- Day 15: the plan starts and your first month (or year) is charged.
- Cancel in Billing before day 15 and you pay nothing.
- One free trial per shop.
Paid plans
The base paid plan is €19 per location per month (price varies by market — see your local currency in the billing page). Volume discount kicks in from your second location onward and grows up to the enterprise ceiling (5,000 customers or 21 locations).
Overage
Once you exceed your plan's customer cap, every additional 500 customers add €5/month to the bill. Overages are billed monthly in arrears.
Currencies
Wallet Loyalty supports multiple currencies via Stripe's currency_options on a single price object. Your default currency is set at sign-up; international customers are auto-billed in their local currency where supported.
Managing your plan
Open Billing from the main nav to change your payment details, see invoices, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Only to launch. You can design your whole card without them; you add them on the Launch step, and nothing is charged until day 15.
Yes, from Billing. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period, and the shop is paused: customers keep their cards, but new customers, stamps and messages stop until you subscribe again.
No. You pay the plan price per location, nothing else.
