How to Invite Team Members, Managers, and Staff
Every Wallet Loyalty shop has one owner. The owner can invite an unlimited number of team members, with role-based permissions and per-location scope.
Roles available
Owner
One per shop. Can manage billing, delete the account, change the program rules, invite/remove team members. Cannot be demoted from inside the app — ownership transfer is a manual support process.
Manager
Can do everything except billing changes and account deletion. Can stamp customers, send broadcasts, edit branding, manage staff. Scope can be limited to specific locations.
Staff
Can stamp customers and view their own stamping history. Cannot edit branding, send broadcasts, or see other staff's activity. Scope can be limited to specific locations.
Inviting a team member
- Open More -> Team.
- Tap "Invite".
- Enter their email, choose a role, and pick which locations they can access.
- They receive a magic-link email; clicking it joins them to your shop.
Removing a team member
Tap their row in More -> Team and choose Remove. Their access ends immediately. Their stamping history stays in the audit log forever.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a per-staff fee?
No. Add as many staff as you need. Pricing is per location, not per seat.
Can a manager remove the owner?
No. Only the current owner can transfer ownership, and it requires a confirmation step.
